The studies of this thesis on nutrient composition and biomass of several species of Lespedeza, including Lespedeza bicolor Turcz、L. cuneata G. Don、 L. daurica Schindl、 L.juncea Pers.
The primary production of Artemisia scoparia community is studied, the tesult indicates that the seasonal dynamics of primary production was evident, the aboveground primary production in May, June, July, August, September are 12.04, 23.4, 43.82, 71.15, 154.66 g/m 2 respectively;
The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharide from Lespedeza cuneata (Dum-Cours)G. Don were studied and separated by TLC, The result showed : in A3B2C1 conditions, the yield of extracted polysaccharide was 1.24%, two compounds were obtained by TLC and the Rf were 0.65 and 0.55.
Community frame, biomass of old world bluestem(Bothriochloa Ischaemum) shrub grassland; nutrient change in different growth stages and degradability of dominant plant, such as old world bluestem(Bothriochloa Ischaemum), dahurian bushclover(Lespedeza davurica), rush lespedeza(Lespedeza inschanica), Russian wormwood(Artemisia vestita), cepitose cleostogenes(Cleistogenes caespitosa) were studied.
A method is described by means of which large numbers of Orthotylus virescens captured on broom have been marked with two radioactive isotopes which could be readily discriminated from each other autoradiographically.
