According to the latent trait theory and dipartite degree, this paper presents the method of the foundation and realization of the mathematics model for difficulty coefficient.
Results The degree of difficulty reached the idealvalues (the value for city being 0.62, 0.58 for rural area); the different degree was very good (rpb > 0.195, P < 0.05),80% of the testing questions had a distinguishing index D > 0.2, the reliability was very high(correlation coefficientrtt= 0.91), and the validity was ideal.
