The fruit of 'Yali' (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd.cv.Yali ) , one of the best pear cultivars grown in north China, is usually affected by a physiological disorder during storage known as brown core 。 As the name indicates, the core of the fruit turns brown in various degrees while the fruit appears normal from outside.

为了探索鸭梨贮藏期间果心变黑的原因,利用三个不同树龄的果园,114棵鸭梨单株及健康果、轻黑心与重黑心病果三种类型的果实进行研究。发现钙是影响鸭梨黑心的主要矿质营养元素,在叶片及果肉中,钙素含量愈高,黑心病的程度愈轻、甚至不感病。果肉钙素含量与果实黑心发病程度呈中度负相关,鸭梨健康果的果肉中钙素含量均达到0.060~0.064%的水平,氮、钙比为6.8。随着钙素含量的降低及氮、钙比例加大,黑心病显著加重。

(5)To control the occurrence of bitter pit of apples, attention must be paid to the limitation of the application of nitrogen fertilizer and to minimize the nitrogen content of the soil; and toadopt comprehensive measures will obtain more effective results.

国光苹果在碱性土壤中易发生缺钙,引起果实苦痘病的发生。本文通过两年的研究证实,果实苦痘病的发生是由于果实内钙素含量低,氮素含量高,氮、钙比值过大的原因。果实中钙素的积累主要是在盛花后的8周前,而果实发育中后期,钙素积累缓慢。树体喷洒钙盐以硝酸钙,氯化钙混同硼砂效果较好。预防苦痘病的发生,还应注意限制土壤氮肥的施用量。
