In this paper, the dynamic process of the current rise of magnetic amplifiers with inductive load is investigated with a consideration of the redistribution of voltages which leads to a change in the equivalent time-constant of the load-circuit and in the dynamic behaviour of the secondary circuit. Influence of paralleled condenser load, and the internal and external feedback on the dynamic process are also considered.

For the epitaxial layer with about 10μm thickness and 0.5 Ω-cm resistivity the additional errors in measuriug surface impurity concentrations will approach zero when the signal frequency is decreased to about 0.1 MH_z.
