Zirconium cross\|linking clay prepared by cation exchange of Na\|Bentonites with polyhydroxyl Zirconium ion and modified by SO 4 2- has been used as solid acid catalyst. The activity of the catalyst was measured for the esterification of citric acid with n \|butanol. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by means of XRD, IR and DTA. The influence of different calcinating temperatures on structure and catalytic activity of the catalyst was studied. The results showed that superacid structure was formed at the calcinating temperature of 500 ℃. The conversion of citric acid was higher than 96.6%, and the ester yield was up to \{95.72%.\}

用聚羟基锆离子交换 Na基膨润土中的水合钠离子 ,再引入 SO4 2 - ,在不同温度焙烧制备了锆交联粘土固体酸催化剂 ,利用 XRD、IR、DTA等手段 ,对该催化剂的结构进行了分析测试 ,并以柠檬酸和正丁醇酯化反应为探针 ,考察了焙烧温度对其结构与催化活性的影响 .实验结果表明 ,焙烧温度为 5 0 0℃时 ,SO4 2 - 与锆氧化柱形成了具有超强酸性的结构 ,催化剂活性较佳 ,能使柠檬酸酯化反应转化率达 96 .6 % ,反应酯化率达 95 .72 % .

Zirconium cross linking clay,prepared by cation exchange of Na bentonites with polyhydroxyl zirconium ion and modified by SO 2 4,was used as solid acid catalyst.The activity of the catalyst was measured in the esterification of citric acid with n butanol.The influence of different synthetic conditions on catalytic activity of the catalysts was also studied.The results showed that the catalytic activity was so satisfactory that the conversion of citric acid was up to 96 60% when the catalyst was synthisised at optimum conditions,that is,Zr 4+ in Zr 4+ /clay is 3mmol/g,initial Zr 4+ concentration in solution is 0 5mol/L,SO 2 4 content in SO 2 4/clay is 30wt% and the calcination temperautre is 500℃.

用聚羟基锆离子交换Na基膨润土中的水合钠离子 ,再引入SO2 4作促进剂进行改性 ,制备了SO2 4改性锆交联粘土固体酸催化剂SO2 4/Zr -CLC ,以柠檬酸和正丁醇酯化反应为探针 ,考察了催化剂的制备条件对其催化活性的影响。实验结果表明 ,当Zr4+ /clay中的Zr4+ 含量为 3mmol/ g ,Zr4+ 溶液初浓度为 0 5mol/L ,SO2 4/clay的SO2 4质量分数为 30 % ,5 0 0℃焙烧 2h时所制得的催化剂具有较好的催化活性 ,能使柠檬酸的转化率达 96 6 0 %。
