Preparing the nickel electrode on PTCR semiconductive ceramics by thick-film firing method were researched. The experiment indicated the nickel electrode by sintering in atmosphere can be possible to form the good ohm contact with PTCR. The nickel electrode formation mechanism and its contact characteristic with PTCR semiconductive ceramics were discussed.

对用厚膜烧成法在PTCR半导瓷上制备镍电极进行了研究。实验表明空气中烧渗镍电极可以和PTCR形成良好的欧姆接触。讨论了镍电极的形成机理及其与PTCR半导瓷的接触特性。
