In order to decrease large amount of hydration heat emerging in setting process of mass concrete and control the development of cracks,temperature control measures must be taken in the process of concrete production.New technology of secondary air-cooling aggregate is firstly adopted by Design Institution of Changjiang Water Resources Commission in TGP.Its procedure is as follows:lowering natural temperature of aggregate from 28.4℃ to 8℃~10℃ by 0℃~-5℃ cooling air in aggregate regulation silo on the ground and then transporting it into aggregate storage silo of batching plant for secondary cooling,lowering the temperature of aggregate to 0℃~-6℃ by -13℃~-17℃ cooling air,in addition,substituting ice for water to make concrete,to meet the requirement of concrete temperature lower than 7℃ at outlet.This technology achievement can be universely applicated in low temperature concrete production for hydraulic structures and other projects.

为了减少大体积混凝土在凝固过程中散发大量水化热,防止裂缝出现或控制裂缝扩展,在混凝土生产时必须采取温控措施。长江委设计院在三峡工程中首次采用的二次风冷骨料新工艺,是以单一的大自然的空气作为冷却骨料的介质,利用地面上的骨料调节料仓,用0℃~- 5 ℃的冷风,将骨料从自然温度28 .4 ℃降至8℃~10 ℃,再送入拌和楼骨料储仓,以- 13 ℃~- 17 ℃冷风进行二次冷却,将骨料冷至0℃~- 6℃,并以冰代水拌制混凝土,使其达到出机口温度小于7℃的要求。该技术成果可以普遍推广应用到水工低温混凝土的生产和其它工程中。
