The observed data of the body-strain meter at Changqing Station in Shandong Province, occurred several times of similar sudden jump with large amplitude. In order to recognize the phenomena, we conducted a test about the switchover of the alternating current and direct current, and analyzed synthetically the data of the water level, and atmospheric pressure. The results show that all the water level, the atmospheric pressure and the switch of the power supply cannot cause the sudden jump of the observed data....

The observed data of the body-strain meter at Changqing Station in Shandong Province, occurred several times of similar sudden jump with large amplitude. In order to recognize the phenomena, we conducted a test about the switchover of the alternating current and direct current, and analyzed synthetically the data of the water level, and atmospheric pressure. The results show that all the water level, the atmospheric pressure and the switch of the power supply cannot cause the sudden jump of the observed data. Compared with other similar observations, we consider that such jump may be related with the "slow earthquake" events or the "bore-hole collapsing".

Objective To analyse the imaging patterns of small solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods The imaging patterns of 82 cases of small solitary pulmonary nodular lesions were analysed by digital tomography and computed tomography.All cases of solitary pulmonary nodular lesions which were smaller than 2 cm in diameter were confirmed by surgical operation and histopathology.Results Of 82 cases,there were 61 cases of malignant tumors,7 cases of benign tumors and 14 cases of inflammatory nodules.Digital tomography and computed tomography showed blurred or thin spiculate outlines in 97 % and 90 % ,lobular signs in 95 % and 88 % respectively in malignant nodules,whereas blurred or thin spiculate outlines in 14 % and 28 % ,lobular signs in 14 % and 14 % respectively in benign ones.Conclusion The features of blurred outline and lobular sign on nodules are most reliable evidences for diagnosing the malignant tumor.The integration of digital tomography and computed tomography can improve significantly the qualitative diagnosis of intrapulmonary nodules. 目的分析肺内小结节病灶影像学特征。方法收集82例经手术病理证实肺内直径小于等于2cm孤立结节病变,均行数字化体层摄片和CT扫描并结合影像学特征进行分析。结果恶性肿瘤61例,良性肿瘤7例,炎性结节14例。恶性结节边缘毛刺征和分叶征,数字化体层摄影检出率为97%和90%,CT检出率为95%和88%。而良性结节边缘毛刺征和分叶征为14%、28%和14%、14%。结论边缘毛刺征和分叶征是诊断恶性肿瘤最可靠依据,而数字化体层摄影是目前最有效检查方法之一,如与CT结合可大大提高肺部小结节病灶诊断率。

Objective To study the application value of digitized tomography in the intravenous pyelography for the aged. Methods Linear digitized tomography: 8° and 0.4s was selected and three point mode with automatic exposure control was applied to take an X ray pyelogram immediately after performing a fluoroscopic exam. Results In 26 cases, the tissue and the intestines gas which overlap the kidneys about 19 cases were completely removed by the digitized tomography, the high resolution tomograms of the kidneys were acquired, 20 cases were normal, 3 cases had renal stone, 1 case had carcinoma of renal pelvis, 1 case was hydronephrosis, 1 case was renal cacification. The average X ray exposure dose reduced from 80mAs to 13mAs. Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of the X ray pyelogram could be improved and X ray exposure dose could be reduced by utilizing the digitized tomography and it should be used as routine technique in IVP. [

目的 探讨数字化体层摄影在老年静脉肾盂造影应用中的价值。方法 应用直线轨迹 8°/0 .4s和数字化体层自动曝光三点技术 :kV、mAs、ms ,在透视检查后决定曝光条件即时抓摄泌尿系统的体层影像。结果  2 6例老年病人造影检查中 ,有 19例腹部准备不充分 ,通过体层摄影全部消除了重叠伪影的干扰 ,使肾脏正常组织和病变得到清晰的显示 ,肾脏无明显异常征象 2 0例 ,肾结石 3例 ,肾积水 1例 ,肾盂癌 1例 ,肾钙化 1例。诊断符合率达 10 0 % ,曝光剂量降低了 83 .75 %。结论 数字化体层摄影对提高老年IVP检查的诊断符合率和射线防护具有很高的价值 ,应该作为常规运用。
