5. On the condition of unit consumption of slag is 30kg·t~(-1), initial temperture of hotmetal is 1500℃, when alkalinity is 0.9, content of iron ore is 70%, desilication rate isbiggest(82.72%).
The reaction of desilication with calcium chloride is fast, in 30min desilication with calcium chloride at 90℃, the content of SiO2 is reduced to 0.0175g/L and the silica module is up to 6022. The calcium chloride is a promising agent for desilication from sodium aluminate solution.
In order to investigate the relationship between physical property and foaming property of slag with low FeO content during after desiliconization,the viscosity,surface tension,and foaming property of [CaO-SiO 2-FeO(5-15%)-Al 2O 3(10%)] quaternary system,with a basicity within the range of 0.4~1.0,were determine.
Results of correlation analysis showed that during laterization, the enrichment of Au and As has little bearing on desilicification and Al enrichment, but has a great bearing on Fe enrichment.
The slurry after sinter leaching is transferred into autoclave for desilicification at about 170 ℃, and the siliceous modulus of solution reaches more than 200. Then some lime is added for deep-desilication at normal pressure, the siliceous modulus of solution increases more than 600 even if the Al_2O_3 content is more than 200 g/L.
On the basis of the analysis of the conditions of desilicification, the author puts forward a new technological process, together with its parame- ter and feeding methods.
Experiments prove that 20%~50% of detitanizing efficiency can be achieved by 10~30kg/t of steel rolled iron scale used as desiliconizing agent and spreading method adopted in iron runner at the same time to desiliconize.
Maximum desiliconization effect and best economical efficiency will be achieved only if the amount of converter slag in the desiliconizing reagent is strictly controlled within the scope of 15 % to 30 %.
New desiliconisation process under normal pressure by adding calc-silicate slag into crude liquor was provided, the effects of main factors such as silicon slag surface renewal times ,desiliconizing time,amount of calc - silicate slag added on desiliconisation were studied,and its desiliconisation mechanism was theoretically analyzed in this paper.
The results may be explained by (i) preferential desilication of the aggregate exteriors and (ii) preferential sorption of deposited heavy metals mainly in easily extractable forms.

From this point of view, the desiliconization and the decarburization behavior of Fe-C-Si alloy with CO2 and O2 has been investigated in the present work.
The overall rate constants for the desiliconization and the decarburization are derived, and the value for the desiliconization is one order of magnitude larger than that for the decarburization.
Even under the competitive region of desiliconizing and decarbonizing, under 0.60 mass pct Si, silicon is found to be oxidized down to about 0.1 mass pct Si in preference.
