This paper introduces a method of testing fatigue of metals at room-temperature when the strains are controlled. The medium carbon steel specimens in seven groups undergo different strains, and the stress-strain curve(σ-ε curve) and the strain-lifetime curve(ε-N curve) are plotted. These curves can be used to estimate the lifetime of structural members.

(一) 本文介绍金属材料在常温下应变循环加载的试验方法,对实际工程构件使用的一种中碳钢材料进行了七组不同应变控制的循环加载试验,作出循环加载下的应力应变曲线(σ—ε曲线),及应变寿命曲线(ε—N曲线),为估算构件的疲劳寿命提供了数据。(二) 鉴于日本岛津DSS系列试验机在我国已有不下十余台之多,而该机又是测试金属材料应变疲劳性能的一种常用设备,我们发现如用该机使用的标准试件的标距计算应变值有较大误差。为此曾采用两种方法对应变值进行标定。(三) 试图对正态母体平均值μ的区间作一估算。

It has been a researching subject to machine existing materials to obtain required properties. With the development of laser technology and appearance of large-power laser beam,the concept of laser beam irradiation was proposed to improve the anti-fatigue properties. In this paper,the effects of parameter on fatigue properties of aeronautial structure alloy steel 30CrMnSiA by laser beam irradiation were studied. It was discussed how to dect the best parameters,such as power,square of the laser beam,density of power and its distribution form and the speed of laser beam. A new equation of FGCR was presented. The results of irradiation were obvious. It is expected that the new technique will be widely used in engineering.

对使用的结构材料采用激光辐照表面处理技术以提高其抗疲劳断裂的性能,一直是近年来研究的热点。本文的研究结果表明,在合理的激光辐照工艺参数下,对提高30CrMnSiA钢的疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值△K_(th)、延长其剩余寿命有明显的效果。可望该技术能作为延寿手段在工程构件中得到应用。
