To evaluate the effects of high iron and high zinc diet on iron and zinc content in egg and egg quality, the author fed 278 day old Lohmann laying hens with containing Fe25 mg, Zn60 mg/kg diet(check group), Fe525 mg, Zn605 mg/kg diet(group Ⅰ)and Fe1025 mg, Zn1210 mg/kg diet(group Ⅱ) for 8 weeks. Observations were made on production performance, enzyme activities and nutritional parts in eggs.
