In order to guarantee the economics and safety of the trubine flow path,removing existent dirtines of moving blades is needed.the selection of the mode of removing the dirtiness is based on the following:clearing up the scale and ensuring the blade not to be damaged necessarily.There was a 100 MW unit of one power plant,which was found after opening the turbine cylinder that its high pressure flow path was seriously erosed,especially moving blades,and the shroud of partial stages was damaged a little during...

Factors causing the fluctuation of cathode electrical potential of plasma generator are investigated.Optical fiber transmission modules are utilized to measure the discharge voltage. When the great pulsed discharge current flew through plasma generator, the variation of cathode potential rose up to about 800 V. The main part of the cathode potential is induced from the equivalent serial inductor of the cables connected with the cathode. The ground potential difference between plasma generator voltage measurement channel and other voltage measurement channels introduces high voltage into the measurement system without any protection. An optical fiber transmission module is utilized to separate the plasma generator’s cathode potential fluctuation from the measurement system and the measurement system works well.

分析了等离子体发生器工作时阴极电位浮动的原因及其危害,采用光导纤维传输模块测量放电电压。等离子体发生器大电流放电情况下,发生器阴极电位浮动可达800V。这种电位浮动主要是由连接阴极和高压地的通流回路的等效串联电感引起。等离子体发生器阴极浮动电位导致等离子体发生器阴阳两极间电压测量通道地电位与测量系统中其他测量通道的地电位不等,主放电回路的高电压对测量系统安全构成严重威胁。文中采用光导纤维传输模块隔离阴极电位,消除了阴极电位浮动对测量通道安全的威胁,使测量系统安全工作。
