The study of seismic waves propagation in anisotropic medium is one of frontier problems in seismology. It is also one of the difficulty problems. As the anisotropy of the underground rocks mainly manifests that: seismic waves velocities vary with propagating direction, different type body waves couple each other, the dispersions of surface waves Velocities depend on propagating direction, shear waves split, etc., furthermore, thin-layered medium and preferred cracked distribution are induced to apparent anisotropy....

The study of seismic waves propagation in anisotropic medium is one of frontier problems in seismology. It is also one of the difficulty problems. As the anisotropy of the underground rocks mainly manifests that: seismic waves velocities vary with propagating direction, different type body waves couple each other, the dispersions of surface waves Velocities depend on propagating direction, shear waves split, etc., furthermore, thin-layered medium and preferred cracked distribution are induced to apparent anisotropy. So it has great potentiality and bright future in significal applications for oil and gas seismic exploration, earthquake prediction and the study of lithosphere physics and dynamics, and lots of attention were focused on. For that, we discuss the evolution of the study on the seismic waves in elastic anisotropic medium in detail, and review the main achivements obtained home and abroad up to date, propose some main problems which appear in the study and are expected to be solved. In the last, we make some suggestion about the study of seismic wave motion, detection and it's application in anisotropic medium.

各向异性介质中地震波的传播研究是当今地震学研究领域中的前沿课题之一,同时也是地震学中难题之一.由于地下岩石的各向异性主要表现在:地震波速度随传播方向发生变化;不同类型体波间相互耦合;横渡发生分裂:面波速度频散依赖于传播方向等.薄互层与裂隙定向分布等产生视各向异性,放在石油地震勘探、地震预测和岩石层物理与动力学研究中有极大潜力和应用前景,并受到广泛重视.为此,本文较为详尽地讨论了弹性介质中地震波各向异性研究的沿革,简述了国内外现今取得的主要研究成果以及目前尚存在的和有待解决的一些主要问题.最后对我国在各向异性介质中地震波动、检测和应用等研究提出了一些看法.

Short-term and impending earthquake prediction is now a significantly difficult problem of earthquake seience,and is the key to earthquake hazard reduction as well.To improve the scientific character of policy decisions for short-term and impending earthquake predic- tion and their implementation is not only an important task confronting seismological workers and government leaders,hut also the core problem of the research on seismosociology and earthquake countermeasures.According to the fundamentals of policy decision science,the paper makes an approach to the basic prineiples,requirements and procedures of policy deci- sions for short term and impending earthquake prediction and implementation of the deci- sions,at the same time,it also puts forward a relevant mode of decision making and the corresponding countermeasures.

This paper discusses the features of neotectonic movement of Red River fault zone in two respects of geology and geomorphology. The distribution and deformation of strata, tectonitic development as well as geomorphological ex-pression show that the fault zone near surface at present is an arc dextral shear belt which is protruding to the SW direction, and that its strike-line is gentlely wavy in part. The NW section and SE section of the fault are dif-ferent in active pattern and intensity, and possess properties...

This paper discusses the features of neotectonic movement of Red River fault zone in two respects of geology and geomorphology. The distribution and deformation of strata, tectonitic development as well as geomorphological ex-pression show that the fault zone near surface at present is an arc dextral shear belt which is protruding to the SW direction, and that its strike-line is gentlely wavy in part. The NW section and SE section of the fault are dif-ferent in active pattern and intensity, and possess properties of unbalance of time and space. The fault landform shows that vertical movement dominates in NW section and horizontal movement dominates in SE section. According to the analyses of the features of strata distribution and deformation, activ-ities in SE section are strong during Tertiary, and activities in NW section are strong during Quaternary. And activities since Holocene have transferred to Midu-Eryuan area. Seismic activities of Red River fault zone at present also show this trend.

本文从地质、地貌两个方面讨论了红河断裂带的新构造活动特征。无论从地层分布和变形、构造岩发育情况以及地貌显示,均反映出该断裂带当今近地表是一条略向南西凸出的弧形右旋剪切带,走向线局部呈舒缓波状。断裂的北西段与南东段,活动方式、活动强度有差别,具有在时间和空间上的不均衡性。根据断错地貌,北西段以垂直活动为主,南东段以水平活动为主。根据地层分布和变形特征分析,南东段第三纪时活动强烈,北西段第四纪时活动强烈,全新世以来的活动已转到弥渡至洱源一带。红河断裂带上当今地震活动也表明这一趋向。
