Simplified mathematical models of furnace thermo-process are developed and solved by computer , Calculating results show that the fluctuation of specific heat consumption will be small in spite of the variation of furnace output over a wide range, only if a proper coordination of heat supply distribution and furnace output is given. It is important that the specific heat consumption of low output is no longer higher than that of high output. The operation method discussed in this paper, therefore, is of importance to fuel saving in practice for continuous furnaces. In this respect, two examples of operational experience on billet reheating furnace are introduced.

以一座多点供热连续式火焰加热炉的模型为对象,以节约烯料为目标,研究供热量在炉长方向上的分配与产量之间的配合问题。研究的方法是先建立该炉热工过程的简化数学模型,然后用电子计算机求解。研究结果表明,使供热量分配与产量恰当地配合起来,可以做到在产量大幅度变动的情况下,不使单位热耗发生大的波动,特别是在低产时,热耗不致于升高。文中还举出两座加热炉在这方面的操作经验,用以说明本研究工作的现实意义。
