This paper mainly describes the exploration and practice on management and construction of laboratory,reform of experimental teaching system and contents,method of experimental teaching in the Chemical Experiment Teaching Center of Guangxi University,and further construction idea is suggested for experimental teaching center.
The detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg. The linear range was 0.1~20.0 mg/L,R2=0.9994,standard deviation was 0.041.The recoveries were about 89.6%~102.6% with additive levels at 0.5、 1.5、 5.0 mg/kg,The relative standard deviations between laboratories were 2.7%~4.4%.
