A distriburter parallel regional power system stability control device is introduced in this paper. It measures the active power change of generator right after the fault accured using dynamic state on-line data to evaluate phase angle change , to execute optimal control to keep power system transient stability and increase transfer capability of transmission lines. The command execution time is 100ms while the general standard is about 200ms.

应用专家系统将复杂电力系统在装置所在地(电厂或变电所)按运行方式、故障线路(母线)建立起一系列动态等值单机—无穷大系统模型(同调等值法),采用数模并行的方法,实测故障开始后的功率突变量△P,以8位单片机用差分法直接解发电机运动方程,跟踪系统动态变化,求出相角δ的变化量,实现最佳控制(切机、切负荷或解列),保持系统暂态稳定,提高线路输送功率。创立依地理位置、系统结构、电站主结线、装机容量、台数有很大区别的稳定控制装置模块化的可能并构成分布式并行的区域稳定控制装置。取得跟踪相角δ完成执行命令的最高速度100ms(国内外一般≥200ms)。
