The inhibitory effect of γ-amino-butyric acid (GABA) upon conditioned reflex resulting from its local application to the cortical surface was used for studying the role of different areas of the cerebral cortex in the defensive conditioned reflex activity in dogs, and the mechanism of formation of temporary connections was discussed.

本工作利用GABA注于皮层表面能暂时地抑制阳性条件反射的作用研究了狗大脑皮层不同部位在电防御性条件反射活动中的作用,同时对暂时性联系接通机制的问题进行了讨论。 (一) 将GABA同时注于两侧大脑皮层视区,能引起双眼对光刺激的条件反射减弱,潛伏期延长,以至条件反射的完全消失。将GABA只注于一侧视区则不能引起该条件反射的抑制。如果遮住动物的右眼,使光刺激只作用于左眼,然后再进行注射GABA的实验。发现在这种条件下,将GABA注于左侧视区后,光刺激作用于左眼不能引起防御性运动反应;而以同样剂量的GABA注于左侧视区时,光刺激作用于左眼仍能引起防御性运动反应,唯反应强度较弱,潛伏期较长。在实验过程中皮肤机械刺激的条件反射和非条件反射均未受影响。 (二) 在切断视神经交叉纤维的狗上,如将GABA注于左侧视区,则左眼对光刺激的条件反射完全消失;而当GABA注于右侧视区时,未能引起该条件反射的变化。 (三) 将GABA注于大脑皮层两侧体感觉区后,皮肤机械刺激的条件反射受到抑制,而光刺激的条件反射没有变化。如将GABA注于左侧体感觉区,则发现右前肢皮肤机械刺激的条件反射减弱,潛伏期延长;如将药物注于右侧体感觉区,则该条件反...

In the multiple schedule, morphine did not show any selective action on the fixed interval component, i.e., it lowered the response rate in both components. The differentiation in discriminative conditioning was not affected. After the development of tolerance, morphine no longer induced a lowering, but often an increase in the response rate.

(一) 本文采用5种不同类型的操作式条件反射方法,研究了吗啡对大白鼠高极神经活动的影响。吗啡的主要作用是使动物反应频率降低。但形成耐受性后再给吗啡,则有增加反应频率的趋势。 (二) 吗啡对固定间隔強化实验的影响较为特殊,除使反应频率降低外,初休止期大大缩短,说明能减弱时间性分化。但吗啡并不能影响有鉴别信号的分化,如在操作式鉴别性条件反射及固定间隔固定比例強化的复合实验中,未会观察到吗啡对分化的影响。 (三) 吗啡对经典及操作式两种迴避性条件反射,都显示抑制作用,表现为反应频率的降低或潛伏期延长。在经典类型中,小剂量吗啡尚有缩短潛伏期的作用。

The results indicated that during the oral administration of HCT at doses of 10, 20 and 50 mg/kg/day in a period of 5—10 days, the conditioned reflexes diminished significantly, the latent periods were prolonged, the differentiated conditioned reflex was disturbed in one dog, and phase conditions were observed in some experiments. The unconditioned reflex was either unaltered or depressed less prominently than the conditioned reflexes. HCT at 50 mg/kg/day decreased the blood pressure of one renal hypertensive dog, but had no effect on normal blood pressure. At 10 mg/kg/day it produced a significant decrease of the conditioned reflex, while the blood pressure remained unchanged. When NaCl or KCl was given per os in conjunction with HCT, the effect on blood pressure disappeared, whereas the change of the conditioned reflex remained. The results showed that the mode of action of HCT on the conditioned reflexes differs from that on the cardiovascular system.

用5只狗进行了16次食物唾液条件反射实驗,每次实驗給药5—10天,其中11次实驗单給HCT,5次是与NaCl或KCl合用。結果表明,动物每天口服HCT10,20或50毫克/公斤时,阳性条件反射量明显降低,潜伏期延长,有时出現位相变化,有1只狗的分化抑制解除。非条件反射改变較少。单独应用HCT及与KCl或NaCl合用时条件反射的改变相似。 HCT引起的血压下降与原血压水平有关。原血压水平在正常范圍的狗,服药后血压未下降,1只腎型高血压狗在每天口服HCT50毫克/公斤时血压下降較明显,当补充NaCl或KCl时,血压不再下降。本实驗結果表明,HCT对条件反射和对心血管系統的影响在作用机制上不尽相同。
