The effect of supplementation of enriched food was studied on 312 normal healthy pupils (8-10 years old) for 3 months. The subjects were divided into A (lysine 137 mg in supplemental food); B (riboflavin 1.7 mg in supplemental food); C (Fe 4mg and vitamin C 16.8 mg in supplemental food); D (supplemental food alone) and E (nothing offered) groups. The supplemental food made of 50g wheat flour in the form of biscuit, cake or bread was given to the subjects at 10-11 AM and provided 6g protein and 200 kcal per head...

The control group (E) received nothing. The effect of the supplementation of enriched food was assessed by using body weight, lean body mass, hemoglobin and audio-visual reflex chronaxie.The results obtained showed that the body weight, lean body mass and hemoglobin were better than those of the control group. The chronaxie of audio-visual reflex was also improved in the lysine and riboflavin group at the end of the experiment. It seemed that the food enriched with lysine was more superior to the others for the pupils.

作者以389名健康小学生为对象,观察课问加餐的效果。实验共分空白对照(不加餐);普会对照(50g面粉制成的饼干、面包或蛋糕,含6g蛋白质,200hcal热量);强化赖氨酸(普食+赖氨酸139mg);强化核黄素(普食+核黄素1.7mg);强化铁与维生素C(普食+Fe 4mg+VC16.8mg)五组。连续观察三个月,比较其体重、瘦体重、Hb值和视听反应时变化。结果表明,加餐组与对照组相比,体重与瘦体重明显增加,差别显著(P<0.01);身高与上臂围以强化赖氨酸组和普食组增加较多;加餐后视听反应时明显缩短,尤以强化赖氨酸组疲劳减轻效果明显。说明强化食品加餐对促进儿童生长发育和减轻疲劳有一定效果,其中以赖氨酸强化食品加餐效果最优。

Finally the passable reasons for the effect ofcomplexity of character strokes on STM capacity are discussed.

本文报导了中国儿童和青少年表情认知能力发展的研究。结果表明:儿童和青少年表情认知能力的发展随年龄增长而提高,男女在总体上呈同步水平。聋哑儿童的表情认知发展水平明显低于正常儿童。对各种感觉通道表情认知比较的结果表明:视觉刺激表情的辨认优于听觉刺激,视听结合又优于单纯视觉刺激。
