宝钢原有的精轧数学模型中未考虑双相区轧制范围的模型,但某些特殊钢种需要在精轧区域进行双相区轧制.本文研究了双相区轧制时的热变形抗力与变形程度、变形速度和变形温度的关系.开发了可以较准确计算双相区轧制、变形抗力拐点的生产用热轧抗力数学模型.计算值与实测值的对比表明,模型计算精度较高.填补了双相区轧制模型的空白.
