1956年8月26日午后2时30分,弓长岭通洞区发生了岩石错动现象,在坑道中发现了顶板弯曲、裂缝、掉碴,响声等现象,在采场中也有冒顶,而地表也有塌陷。产生这一现象的原因,不是局部冒顶,也不是冲击,而是岩石发生了移动,岩石发生移动的原因是受到了矿山压力,而引起岩石移动的矿山压力所产生的根本原因却是由于坑内采矿后形成了采空区。随着采矿时间的增长,采空区的范围扩大,会使矿体附近的围岩发生移动,并可能波及到地表。影响通洞区岩石移动的范围、大小、时间及对矿山的危害是与弓长岭通洞区具体的地质条件及开采情况分不开的。岩石移动的现象在开采金属矿床中是不可避免的,必须采取一切措施以减小岩石移动对生产上的直接威胁,今后弓长岭通洞区恢复生产的所有措施,都必须对岩石移动已经造成的安全上的威胁作适当的估计。

The paper describes the composition of electroplating solution and plating technological conditions. The effects of ultrasonic agitation on solution and deposition are discussed and compared with that of cathode moving. Under the condition of keeping the principal dimensions, coefficients and position of longitudinal centre of buoyancy all the same as Dong 38 hull form, a new type the" hull form by the name of No. 928 is designed. The design of the ship hull is based upon the concept of "ship hullseparability", i. e. the ship hull can be divided into three parts: forebody, middlebody and afterbody, and designing each part individually: The new forebody is designed according to theoretical calculation method intended to decreace wavemaking resistance. The middle-body is designed to ensure enough displacement and facilitate compartment arrangememt. The afterbody of Dong 38 may result in stern separation due to its stern shape, so it is changed into a special large sleeve bossing type stern, which then candecrease viscous resistance and increase propulsive efficiency and at the same time, large bossing keeping the more part of displacement under the load waterline may also be advantageous for decreasing wavemaking resistance.The study of how so install bulbous bow to reduce wave pattern resistance in ship model No. 928 is the main concern in this paper. For thispurpose, a method for estimating optimal dimensions of bulbous by measured wave amplitude spectrum and theinfluence of longitudinal position of the centre of bulbous on wave pattern resistance is proposed. Accordingly, we havedesigned three types of bulbous bows and carried out contrast tests. Recently, a ship with bulbous bow, No. 928-Ⅲ, on which the foremost part of the bulbous bow is within the fore perpendicular, is designed. This study for the new ship form shows that compared with Dong 38, total resistanee will be decreased by 17.5%, wavemaking resistanceby 37%, and wave pattern resistance by 32%, and propulsive efficiency will be increased by 20% under the same design speed (Fr=0.282). The newly designed ship will consume 22-27% less power than that of Dong 38.The above mentioned study indicates thatthe new form of Yangtze passenger cargo vessel with bulbous bow and large sleeve bossing may be applied.

本文基于线性兴波理论,采用波形分析法,对长江中、上游典型客货船“东38”型进行实船改型研究。在与该型同一主尺度系数的条件下,运用船型可分法的设计思想设计出928船型,并安装了首球鼻以降低其波形阻力。提出了根据实测波幅谱概估球鼻最佳尺度以及球鼻重心纵向位置移动对波形阻力影响的方法。 新设计的球首长尾轴套船型——928-Ⅲ型,球鼻前端完全不突出首垂线外,船后体的推进轴设计成用两个大型长轴套作支撑。在同一设计航速(Fr=0.282) 下,它比“东38”型降低总阻力17.5%,兴波阻力37%,波形阻力32%;提高推进效率20%,节省功率22~27%左右。
