The development and application of real-time energy-loss monitoring system is one of the major measures taken by thermal power plant to realize the economical operation and strengthened production management, what's more, it's also the precondition and the key point to the policy of the price competition to supply power to grid. The most important phase of the energy-loss monitoring system is to obtain the real-time data. It's conventionally realized by the hardware of distributed intelligent data acquisition foreparts and communicating cards with the software configuration of the hardware as well as some later programming work. But its realization in this system is to share data with the MIS of the power plant in existence by means of LAN communication in the Intranet. Therefore, the traditional hardware devices and software programming are no more needed in this system, which is not only simplifying the system and saving the investment, but also shortening the development period. This paper introduces this system on the whole.

能损实时监测系统的开发和使用是目前火力发电厂实现经济运行和强化生产管理的重要措施之一 ,也是竞价上网政策实施的前提和关键。实现能损实时监测关键的是实时参数的采集。传统的能损监测系统一般通过分布式智能数采前端和通讯卡为硬件条件 ,通过对硬件的组态及运用软件研发而完成 ;而本系统的数据采集是利用电厂现有的MIS系统 ,通过与Intranet内部的局域网网络通信实现的 ,因此不需要数据采集的硬件装置和软件设计 ,不仅简化了系统、节约了投资 ,还缩短了系统开发周期。对系统的整体情况做以介绍

It is introduced that a new type of data acquisition and processing system for transient thermodynamic parameters is developed for simultaneous conversion of 4 channel analog data.The structure,operating principle,feature and software design of this are described in detail,and case study is carried out on the acquisition results from actual testing.

介绍了开发的一种新型 4路模拟量同时转换的内燃机瞬态热力参数采集与分析系统。详细阐述了该系统的结构、工作原理、特点及软件设计 ;并对实测采集结果进行了举例分析

In this paper a fuzzy neural network with self-adaptation is used to diagnose faults of the steam turbine passage. With this method we have also got the satisfying results. Therefore this model is very useful for online simulation of the thermal parameters of dynamical systems and reduces maintenance of the sensors as well as increase reliability of the applied software based on data acquisition.

该文利用人工神经网络模型结合模糊逻辑建立了汽轮机组的故障诊断系统 ,由于人工神经网络在实际应用中不涉及具体的物理模型 ,因而其结果具有很高的实际意义 ;该文利用模糊神经网络模型对某一实际的汽轮机组进行了故障诊断 ,诊断结果与检修实际情况是基本一致的。因此 ,该模型对动力系统的热力参数在线仿真、减少传感器的维护量 ,特别是对汽轮机组故障诊断技术水平的提高有很大的意义 ;与此同时使得基于参数采集的应用软件的可靠性程度也大大的增强了。
