Bao Gong Teng A(BGTA),a new miotic,is a benzoate crystal of constituent Aisolated from the aqueous extract of the Chinese medicinal herb Bao Gong Teng(Erycibeobtusifolia Benth.).In the years 1979-1980,0.025% BGTA was compared with 2%pilocarpine as eye drops in the treatment of 178 eyes with primary glaucoma,usingrandomized double-blind method.After one month's treatment,the average intraocularpressure was reduced by 14 mmHg and C value increased by 0.09 in BGTA groupwhile they were 13 mmHg and 0.14 in pilocarpine... Bao Gong Teng A(BGTA),a new miotic,is a benzoate crystal of constituent Aisolated from the aqueous extract of the Chinese medicinal herb Bao Gong Teng(Erycibeobtusifolia Benth.).In the years 1979-1980,0.025% BGTA was compared with 2%pilocarpine as eye drops in the treatment of 178 eyes with primary glaucoma,usingrandomized double-blind method.After one month's treatment,the average intraocularpressure was reduced by 14 mmHg and C value increased by 0.09 in BGTA groupwhile they were 13 mmHg and 0.14 in pilocarpine group,however,the differences were not statistically significant.Both drugs were generally effective for partial adhe-sion closed-angle glaucoma with comparatively better trabecular function(C>0.1),but ineffective for near complete adhesion closed-angle glaucoma with C<0.1.Therewere little side-effect and no allergy to BGTA observed.The data indicate that for thetreatment of primary glaucoma BGTA eye drops is just as effective as pilocarpine. 本文通过各种类型的原发性青光眼共122例178只眼,对比使用包甲素和毛果芸香碱两药的降压效果.包甲素用药前后眼压差值的平均数为14毫米汞柱,毛果芸香碱为13毫米汞柱,两药均有显著降压效果(P 均<0.01),但降压值相仿(P>0.05).另外,包甲素组用药前后房水流畅系数(C 值)增加幅度为0.09,毛果芸香碱组为0.13,两药用药前后 C 值都有显著改善(P 均<0.01);但两药相互间无明显差别(P>0.05).对于急性充血性青光眼,两药也都有较好的治疗效果.因此,包甲素可以作为治疗原发性青光眼的一种良好缩瞳药物. The A(dz/dt)max and P-A interval of impedance cardiogram were studied inpatients with positive Ptf in V_1 lead of ECG(POS-PtfV_1≤-0.03 mms,n=32)andcoronary heart disease(CHD,n=32),with 55 normal subjects served as controls.Thenormal value of maximum negative amplitude of A wave was 0.41±0.02Ω/sec(mean±SD),and that of P-A interval was 109.85±34.86 msec.The A(dz/dt)max and P-Ainterval of the POS-PtfV_1 group were 0.69±0.39Ω/sec and 144.69±41.58 msec,andthose of CHD group were 0.82±0.33Ω/sec and 149.06±21.76 msec... The A(dz/dt)max and P-A interval of impedance cardiogram were studied inpatients with positive Ptf in V_1 lead of ECG(POS-PtfV_1≤-0.03 mms,n=32)andcoronary heart disease(CHD,n=32),with 55 normal subjects served as controls.Thenormal value of maximum negative amplitude of A wave was 0.41±0.02Ω/sec(mean±SD),and that of P-A interval was 109.85±34.86 msec.The A(dz/dt)max and P-Ainterval of the POS-PtfV_1 group were 0.69±0.39Ω/sec and 144.69±41.58 msec,andthose of CHD group were 0.82±0.33Ω/sec and 149.06±21.76 msec respectively.Both parameters in the CHD and POS-PtfV_1 groups were significantly higher than thosein the control group(P<0.001).It appears that the A(dz/dt)max and P-A intervalof impedance cardiogram may be of value in the evaluation of cardiac performance. 本文研究了32例心电图V_1导联示P波终末电势阳性(Ptf-V_1≤-0.03毫米·秒)和32例冠心病患者的心阻抗图 A(dz/dt)_(max)及 P-A 间期,并与55名对照者比较。结果表明,Ptf-V_1 阳性组的 A 波最大负向振幅和 P-A 间期分别为0.69±0.39欧姆/秒和144.69±41.58毫秒,冠心病组分别为0.82±0.33欧姆/秒和149.06±21.76毫秒,均显著高于对照组(分别为0.41±0.20欧姆/秒和109.85±34.86毫秒,P 均<0.001)。本文进一步对高年龄对照组与伴或不伴 Ptf-V_1 阳性的冠心病患者进行了亚组分析,初步认为心阻抗图 A(dz/dt)_(max)和 P-A 间期可能是评价心脏功能有价值和敏感的指标。 The effect of pentobarbital on cerebral protection and brain monoamine levels during cerebral ischemia were studied in 60 Mongolian gerbils. The animals were randomly divided into three groups. Pentobarbital(n = 20)and control(n = 20) groups which underwent left common carotid artery (CCA) ligation received 60 mg/kg of Pentobarbitalum natricum and equal volume of normal saline respectively at 30 min prior to operation. Sham-operated group (n=20)was treated as same as the control group with exception of not ligating... The heurological deficits were evaluated and brain monoariiines measured at the third nour after operation.It was found that the stroke index was reduced, neurological deficits improved and brain norepinephrine(NE), dopamine(DA)and 5-hydroxytrytamine(5-HT) elevated to normal levels in pentobarbital-treated animals. There were significant negative correlations between stroke indexes and the levels of NE, DA and 5 -HT in ischemic brain (r = -0.485, -0.497 and 0.579 respectively, P<0.01 in all).The results suggest that the protective effect of pentobarbital on cerebral ischemia seems to be correlated to its action of improving disorders of NE, DA and 5 -HT in ischemic brain. 本文在60只蒙古沙土鼠研究了戊巴比妥对脑缺血的保护作用及对缺血性脑组织中单胺类神经介质含量的影响。动物随机分成三组:戊巴比妥组,对照组和模拟手术组各20只。戊巴比妥组和对照组分别于术前30分钟给予戊巴比妥钠60mg/kg体重和等容积的生理盐水1P,并作左侧颈总动脉结扎术。模拟手术组除不结扎左颈总动脉外,其它处理均同对照组。术后3小时检查动物的神经系统表现及测定脑组织中单胺类神经介质的含量。 发现戊巴比妥组动物卒中指数下降,神经系统症状明显改善,缺血性脑组织中去甲肾上腺素(NE),多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺升高至正常水平;动物的卒中指数与缺血性脑组织中NE、DA及5-HT的含量呈显著负相关(r分别=-0.485,-0.497和-0.579,P均<0.01)。动物的缺血症状越重,单胺类神经介质含量下降越明显。本文结果提示,戊巴比妥对脑缺血的保护作用可能与其改善缺血性脑组织中单胺类神经介质的代谢紊乱有关。
