In view of the fact,that full-screen PowerPoint presentation shown at the time in modern multimedia classroom teaching was unable to see the time of the system and influenced the teaching efficiency,We introduce the methods of using Visual Basic to design PowerPoint Multimedia Classroom Time Display in this paper.
Along with the informationization development and the popularization, only depend on traditional the teaching method and the classroom instruction structure, has not been able to satisfy the modern society the demand which raises to the capable person, the multimedia classroom instruction already became the classroom instruction a new force.
The research has carried out two training activities which are 'informational instruction design theory and its use training' and 'diagnose of multimedia classroom instruction training', explained the questions which should be paid attention to in training implementation, and helped the transformation of the training achievement with higher speed through two measures which are using oneself manage tactics and building working environment in favor of transformation.

Via teaching experiment conducted to parallel the traditional classroom teaching and multi-media classroom teaching, the research is carried on. The experimental results combined with the teacher's and his colleagues' experience concerning making PowerPoint and multimedia teaching, leads to an analysis on the factors affecting the efficiency and effects of multi-media teachings. The essay is aimed to discuss and work out ways and strategies to improve both efficiency and effect of multi- media teaching.
Designation of the classroom multi-media teaching mode should surround the teaching compendium tightly,make the best use of kinds of multi-media,and connect traditional teaching with modern teaching mode.
According to the statistical data from the Audiovisual education laboratory used in recent years and the information from teachers and students who used Audiovisual education well, and combined the author's experience of Audiovisual education,the teaching effects of slide,projection,video recording and multimedia teaching system were studied.
