The results showed that physiological changes were different in various environmental coditions and the WGT was closely related to physiological parameters of the men working in hot environment. It is suggested that WGT may be used as index in assessing environmental heat stress. The safe limit of WGT for men working for 4 hours is proposed to be 27.0~28.0℃. At WGTs 29.0±1.2, 30.0±1.0 and 31.0±0.6℃, the tolerance times for men working in the heat were 4, 3 and 1 hours respectively.

    本文的目的在于,依据湿黑球温度(WGT)的变化与人体生理反应间的关系,提出比较适合我军实际情况的WGT安全上限和耐受时间。实验在热区野外进行。实验观察了受试者的心率、肛温、出汗率、生理紧张指数等八项生理指标及自觉症状和体征等。结果提示,(1)WGT与热环境中劳动者的生理反应关系密切,r值显著性检验,P均小于0.01;(2)WGT能够客观地反映人体与环境之间的热交换以及相应的人体生理反应变化,因此,它可作为一种比较理想的环境热强度评价指标;(3)中强度劳动4h WGT的安全上限值为27.0~28.0℃;(4)在我国南方湿热环境中,当WGT为29.0±1.2、30.0±1.0、31.0±0.6℃时,中强度劳动的人耐受时间分别为4、3和1h左右。

    In a previous study,we found out the safe and tolerable WGT (wet globe temperature) for moderate work in humid hot environments.In this study,we tried to determine the suitable limit for heavy work.The subjects were 60 fit adult males of 20.0±1.0 yrs of age,164.0±4.0cm of height,55.5±4.3kg of weight.In the experiments,the subjects marched at a speed of 6 km·hr~(-1) with a backpack of about 20kg (33% of body weight) under different WGT conditions ranging from 26.3 to 30.5℃.The physiological parameters including heart rate,sweating rate,rectal temperature,mean body temperature and skin temperature etc were measured.The results showed that the WGT was closely related to physiological parameters of the men working in hot environments.The results further proved that the WGT,measured by TH-A wet globe thermometer,is a desirable heat stress index.The safe limit WGT for men working for 4 hrs is proposed to be 26.5-27.0℃.At WGTs 28.2±1.0,29.4±1.0 and 30.5±0.6℃,the tolerance times for men working in the heat were 3,2 and 1 hrs respectively.

In the absence of ferromagnetic foreign bodies, there is no replicated scientific study showing a health hazard associated with static magnetic field exposure and no evidence for hazards associated with cumulative exposure to the field. In magnetic resonance, time varying gradient magnetic fields (d B /d t ) may stimulate nerves or muscles by inducing electric fields in patients. For gradient ramp duration of less than a few milliseconds, mean peripheral nerve stimulation is a safe indicator of high d B /d t . During an MR procedure, most of the transmitted RF power is transformed into heat within the patient's tissue as a result of resistive losses, and the primary bioeffects associated with the RF radiation are directly related to the thermogenic qualities of this electromagnetic field. During the operation of MR systems, various types of acoustic noise produced, and they may produce substantial hearing problems in patients. The simplest and least expensive means of preventing problems associated with acoustic noise is to encourage the routine use of earplugs. The total incidence of adverse reactions of Gadolinium based MR imaging contrast agents ranges from approximately 2% to 4%, cautions should be taken during MRI measurement.
