Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was undertaken to examine the concentration of HGF mRNA and Fas mRNA obtained from 34 cases of HDCP and 30 cases of uncomplicated pregnancy.
      
For HGF mRNA and Fas mRNA, there was no difference between gestational hypertension cases and control cases.
      
Decreased HGF mRNA or increased Fas mRNA was found along with the progress of HDCP.
      
Negative correlation was found between the expressions of HGF and Fas.
      
These results indicate that HGF inhibits the apoptosis mediated by Fas, and the reduced expression of HGF in HDCP may be responsible for the apoptosis of trophoblasts.

Body form in F_2 genera-tions present extensive varieties (long-type, short--type and intermediate-type, etc.),therefore, it is considered that heredity of somatotype was a complex multigenic effect.Body form of the backcross hybrids inclines to their backcross's parents. Thebackcross hybrirds of F_1 and C. carpio var. Wuyuanensis were different very muchfrom the backcross hybrids of F_1 and C. carpio yuankiang.Body form and body weight has close relation, and it could be calculated. In F_2offspring of full-sib, coeffcient of correlation between body length (x) and bodyweight (z) was r_(xz)=0.69, and that of body height (y) and body weight was r_(yz)=0.74.In F_2 generation groups of different somatotype different growth speed reveal and thecoefficient of correlation was also different. The offspring with longer body grew fas-test and the body reaches to the biggest. The coefficient of correlation between bodylength and body weight was r_(xz)=0.90 and that of body hight and body weight wasr_(yz)=0.93.This article deals mainly with the selection of body form.

This paper presents a digital simulation method for studying flutter active suppression (FAS) system. A FAS system can be considered as a control system comprising a number of hysteresis elements. The model of the digital simulation and the computational method for a 2-D FAS system are given. This paper presents a digital simulation method for studying flutter active suppression (FAS) system. A FAS system can be considered as a control system comprising a number of hysteresis elements. The model of the digital simulation and the computational method for a 2-D FAS system are given. The responses of all elements of FAS system are determined by Runge-Kutta method and all eigenvalues are solved by the Q-R method. Four cases are computed in this paper. Their control laws are: without active control, β=2α, β=4α and β=0.2h/b+ 2α respectively. The computed flutter speeds, frequencies, root loci and responses are shown in table I, fig.4 and fig.5 respectively. The flutter speeds and frequencies calculated by this paper's method agree well with those obtained by other methods. Numerical results in this paper show that the digital simulation method for studying FAS system is feasible. It can obtain flutter speed and frequency accurately. Moreover, it can obtain the responses of all elements of the system unobtainable with other methods. With digital simulation technique some shortcomings of analogous simulation method can also be avoided, such as zero shift, selection of proportional factor, etc. In addition, this method is convenient to use and the original data required are rather simple. Therefore, it is suitable for investigating a great number of parameters of FAS system.

本文利用数字仿真技术来研究颤振主动抑制问题。将一个二元颤振主动抑制系统视为由若干个滞后环节组成的控制系统。提出了二元颤振主动抑制系统的数字仿真模型及其计算方法。采用龙格—库塔法确定系统的响应过程和采用Q-R法求解系统的全部特征值。通过算例计算,所得结果和其它方法所得结果相吻合。证明了采用数字仿真技术来研究颤振主动抑制问题是可行的,计算结果是准确的,使用是方便的。
