On the testing equipment,air discharge process can be accomplished via hand control and automatic control manners.We have studied the repeatability of air discharge current′s waveforms.The results show that this platform can control the repeatability of air discharge effectively.

对ESD抗扰度实验方法和 2种ESD模拟器进行了系统的研究, 发现IEC61000-4-2标准规定的静电放电抗扰度实验方法和实验用的ESD模拟器存在严重的问题。针对这些问题并结合当前国外学者研究的有关结论,研制了一种更符合实际需要的ESD抗扰度检测试验方法和实验装置。利用新研制的实验平台对瑞士Schaffner公司制造的NSG435ESD模拟器和日本Noiseken公司制造的ESS-200AXESD模拟器进行了比较研究, 对模拟器内部高压继电器动作产生的辐射场造成实验结果偏差问题进行了测试分析。利用该实验装置分别以手动控制模拟器和自动控制装置控制模拟器完成了空气放电过程。对空气放电电流波形的重复性进行了研究, 证明利用这种平台可以有效地控制空气放电的重复性。

The test panel started to test according to the request and demonstrate real-time data in monitoring contact surface. After test, the system stored the data to database for the inquiry.

基于高速单片机-CPLD的多路绝缘耐压智能测试台,由单路绝缘耐压测试仪、高速单片机系统、CPLD、高压继电器组和上位PC机组成,采用VC++编写快速搜索算法。用户先发送联机命令与测试台串口联机通信,成功后在监控界面设置测试参数。测试台按要求开始测试,在监控界面显示实时数据。测试完成后,数据存入数据库以备查询。
