The totalarea is more than 75 square kilometers, and the highest peak of which is1724 meters above sea level. The flora of Jiulongshan area abounds with plants species and list ofprimary study includes 143 families, 584 gemera and more than 1149 spe-cies. In general, its origin is rather ancient. Its main compounents arethose of subtropical and tropical areas. According to the result of numerical taxonomic analysis using the so-ftware of NTS system on microcomputer, 6 main vegetational types: theevergreen broad leaved forest, the mixed evergreen and deciduous broadleaved forest, the deciduous forest, the hilltop brushwood, the coniferousforest and the bamboo forest could be recognized. Basically, the evergreembroad leaved forest is the zonal vegetation, but the current representativevegetation there is the mixed evergreen and deciduous broad leaved forest.

Objective To observe the effects of truncated type Ⅱ receptor of TGF β 1 expressing plasmid on rat liver fibrosis. Methods An eukaryotic expression plasmid of a truncated type Ⅱ receptor of TGF β 1 was constructed by recombinant DNA technique. Objective To observe the effects of truncated type Ⅱ receptor of TGF β 1 expressing plasmid on rat liver fibrosis. Methods An eukaryotic expression plasmid of a truncated type Ⅱ receptor of TGF β 1 was constructed by recombinant DNA technique. Sequence analysis of this recombinant plasmid revealed that it contained the complete extracellular and transmembrane domains of TGF β 1 Ⅱ receptor but lacked most of the cytoplasmic kinase domain. The recombinant plasmid encapsulated by liposome was transferred into the rats by intraperitoneal injection and its effects on the grade of the pathologic fibrosis and the levels of HA,LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ C were observed. Results The levels of serum HA,LN,PCⅢ,Ⅳ C were lower in the early treatment group than those in the model control group ( P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the later treatment group and the model control group ( P >0.05). Either in the early or later treatment group, the grade of liver fibrosis was decreased apparently compared with the model control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion In the rats treated with the truncated type Ⅱ receptor of TGF β 1 at the early stage of liver fibrogeneis, the progression of liver fibrosis may be blocked. However, the effect of reversing liver fibrosis is limited in the rats treated at the later stage.

目的 观察缺陷型TGF β1 Ⅱ型受体表达质粒在大白鼠体内阻断TGF β1 的作用后对免疫性大鼠肝纤维化的影响。方法 运用基因重组技术 ,构建人的含有细胞外结合区、跨膜区和少量细胞质区的缺陷型TGF β1 Ⅱ型受体真核细胞表达质粒 ,经脂质体包埋后 ,通过腹腔注射将其导入免疫性大鼠肝纤维化模型体内 ,观察其对大鼠肝纤维化的影响。结果 早期接受缺陷型TGF β1 Ⅱ型受体表达质粒治疗的大鼠 ,其血清透明质酸 (HA)、层黏连蛋白 (LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )、Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ C)的水平均比模型组低 (P <0 .0 1) ,晚期组与模型组之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;在病理形态学的观察方面 ,早期、晚期运用缺陷型TGF β1 Ⅱ型受体表达质粒进行治疗 ,均可使大鼠肝纤维化程度较模型组减轻 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 在肝纤维化形成的早期应用缺陷型TGF β1 Ⅱ型受体表达质粒进行治疗可以预防肝纤维化的形成 ,而晚期应用只能阻止肝纤维化的进一步发展 ,尚不能有效逆转肝纤维化
