The prevision shows that the farm mechanization in this area would be featured by using the small-sized machinery, equipping with mechanical-electrical power structurei, e. using the tractor, diesel engine and electrical motor concurrently. The selection of farm machinery should be mainly focused on those which are man powered or electric driven small-sized, multiplepurposed, of good function, of high quality, less expensive and su(?)table to be owned by single household or joint run e. g. hand-operated sprayer, man powered rice threshers,boat-type tillage machine. At the same time the processing machine for farm and side-line products should be concerned to some extent.

本文就南方水田地区湖南双峰县推行农业生产责任制后,近期农机配备的趋向,用特尔菲法进行了予测。结果表明,这类地区机械化要以小型为特色。配备拖拉机、柴油机和电动机,机电并用的动力结构。作业机械要以面向多种用途,优质,价廉,好用,适应独或联经营的人力、电力驱动的小型半机械化机具为主,例如人力喷雾器、人力打稻机、机滚船等,并兼顾农副产品加工机械。

This article is trying to find out the optimum combination scheme betweenthe forms of agricultural responsibility production System and farm machinerymanagement in Hailun county by method of multi-purpose vague decisionmathematics.Results indicate that for the present whether in the wheat and soybeanregion or in regions where corn is the main crop,the optimum combinationsis either the multifamilys contract system or the single family operated farmmachinery system.

On the basis of the radical concept that agricultural mechanization is one of the important technical approaches to redouble the total agricultural produ-ction value, the prediction of the production value and laborers of the differ-ent rural production sections, and the beaeficial factors and the restraints of agricultural mechanization, the paper forecasted the prospects of Chinese agricultural mechanization in the year of 2000.1.The operation and management of farm machinery will develop toward two main styles of self-utilizing and public servicing on the basis of househo-ldship and cooperative economg.2.Among the mechanizing items, crop raising, farm product processing and rural transportation will first developed consistently.3.The effectivelg operated agricultural mechanical/electrical pover will incr-ease to about 450 million horse power among which one quarter for crop raising and one third for each of the rual sideline industries and transportation. Draft animals will increase moderately till 1990 and will drop then gradually. Most of the regions in China will enter the developing period of basic mechanization.4.The biological and engineering technics will be further combined dosely. At last, the paper gave a very brief outline of the prospect of agriculturalmechanization according to the six regions of Chinese agriculture.

本文根据农业机械化是实现农业产值翻两番的一项重要技术措施这一根本观点,以2000年我国农村各业产值和劳力的预测为依据,在分析了我国发展农机化有利因素和约束条件的基础上,提出2000年我国农业机械化发展的前景: 1.农机经营形式将向自用和服务两大类型发展,经营体制以营为基础向合作经济发展。 2.农机化项目中种植业、农产品加工业和农村运输业将优先协调发展。 3.农业动力中实际发挥作用的有效机电动力将增加到4.5亿马力左右,其中种植业占四分之一,农村工副业和运输业各占三分之一。役畜将有所增加,1990年以后将逐渐下降。全国大多数地区将进入基本机械化阶段。 4.生物技术和工程技术将进一步紧密结合。 最后,文章就全国六个区对农机化前景作了概略的描述。
