            在模型试验实践中,发现满流输水道自由出流时,出口尾段压力分布不循一般规律,顶部发生大片负压。负压问题在大直径输水道中影响工程安全;对低水头大隧洞,它还涉及有效水头的准确计算;此外,管道出口段的水力因素变化规律,迄今仍是管道水力学中的一个空白点。本文便是针对这些问题所作系统试验研究的一个综合报导。试验主要在15公分圆管中进行。试验成果,并在三种不同管径不同材料的圆管中进行校核。试验中取水流傅氏数和出水条件作为主要变量;着重研究了不同出口边界条件对出口断面压力分布和出口段压坡的影响;对有效水头计算方法、管顶负压消除措施,提供了具体建议。文中并对自由出水的出口段压力分布作了初步理论分析,计算结果与实测资料颇称吻合。

            溢流坝上闸孔自由出流问题具有重要的实际意义,但是过去研究得并不充分。所以直到现在, 在水力学和设计规范中,都缺乏正确的系统的说明。可是设计溢流坝时,又不能不计算闸孔的大小和水库水位的高低,因此就只好采用一些不完善的方法,结果当然易于产生错误。由于实际工作的需要,作者从最基本的方面进行了这个问题的研究,结果查明:对通用的流量公式而论,流量系数(μ)是孔口高度5水头的比值(a/H),及闸孔上缘(指:闸门或胸墙)下游末端的切綫与水平面所成的夹角(θ)的函数。业已发现这三个变数间的关系是:在以μ为纵座标,以a/H为横座标的图上,构成了因θ而变的散射綫族,其中,μ与a/H及θ均成反比变化。根据这个关系,作者提出了决定μ的新公式。

            目前农村低水头小型动力站及水电站可能用的水力机械有贯流式水輪机、立軸式水輪机及水輪三种型式。其中水輪的突出优点是簡单实用,一般人认为水輪的效率低,因此新建的小型电站和动力站都不再采用水輪。我們认为采取必要的改进措施后,它的效率可以大为提高,特别在微水头大流量的条件下,水輸的效率可能大于其他两种水輪机。因此在目前我国农村中,仍有意义。 水輸的流体动力損失主要是漏水,減小水轮与地面的間隙或采用防漏措施,便可大大減小漏水损失;其次是出口动能损失,采用本文所提出的利用渠道收回动能的办法,可減少这类损失;再其次是进口冲击損失,減小水貭点对于水輪的相对速度,便能減小这类损失;最后是水力摩阻损失,采取这些办法后,它的效率就大为提高。中冲式水輪的效率可高于75%,我們认为这个数字是現实的。
