Results Serum IL 18 levels in the elderly patients during acute phase (176.15±30.42)ng/L and in the patients during recovery phase(120.33±22.75)ng/L were significantly higher than those in the normal controls (64.81±14.33)ng/L,respectively (P< 0.01).
Results Compared with control group, the levels of serum IL2,TNF-α and supernatants IL-2. IL-6. TNF-α and IgG were significantly higher in GBS group (P<0. 05 or 0. 01 ).
Results Three months after treatment with MMF,the serum levels of IL 6, IL 8,TNF α,sIL 2,ANA,and A dsDNA in patients with SLE were significantly decreased,CD3 +,CD4 + and CD4 +CD45RA + cells were significantly increased,and CD8 +,CD4 +CD45RO +,CD8 +CD45RA +,CD8 +CD45RO + cells were significantly decreased.
IL 10 level in serum of the patients with POEC (12.01±4.38 ng/L) was significantly higher than that of the patients with benign tumor (3.79±2.40 ng/L, P=0.000) and control (4.45±2.69 ng/L, P=0.003).
RESULTS: (1) IL 10 level in ascites was significantly higher than that in serum of patients with POEC, (159.78±51.20 ng/L vs 12.01±4.38 ng/L, P=0.000).
AIM: To explore the changes of serum interleukin 1β(IL 1β) and interleukin 6 (IL 6) in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and their relationship with the degree of AD.
Objective To study the effect of glucocorticoid on serum interleukin(IL)-1,IL-6,transforming growth factor-β_1(TGF-β_1) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) in children with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).
RSM therapy decreased significantly the levels of IL 6 and HA ( P <0 05, respectively), meanwhile declined serum ALT in the hepatitis patients ( P <0 01).
Systematically, RSV-infected and bronchiolitis infants showed much lower levels of serum IL-4 and IL-4/IFN-γ ratios and much higher serum IFN-γ levels than control.
No changes in serum IL-2 and sIL-2R were found between RRMS patients and controls, whereas serum and CSF levels as well as the CSF/serum ratio of neopterin were significantly elevated in the RRMS group.
A significant positive correlation (Spearman rank 0.57,P = 0.001) between serum IL-2 levels and duration of acute relapse (mean 30 days) warrants further evaluation.
An ionic liquid (IL) was prepared by directly mixing InCl3 and 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium chloride(BMIC) with molar ratio 1:1 under dry argon atmosphere.
The insertion loss (IL) is 3.40 dB, the polarization dependent loss is 0.47 dB, the extinction ratio (ER) at bar state and cross state is 32.01 dB and 16.42 dB respectively, the response time is less than 3 ms, and the power consumption is 658 mW.
The levels of IL-2, IL-6 and IL-8 were tested with ELISA Quantikine Human Interleukin Immunoassay (R>amp;amp;D Systems, detection level 7,0.7 and 10 pg/cm3, respectively).
29 patients with hepatitis B virus infection were divided into four groups according to HBV markers—e system and HBVDNA in their serum.i.e. HBeAg positive, anti-HBe positive, HBV-DNA positive (DNAP positive as well),and negative for all above markers. Interluekin-2 (IL-2) was determined with CTLL ~3H-Tdr incorporation assay. Its activity was significantly decreased in all four groups comparing with that of healthy controls (P<0.01). Meanwhile, IL-2 activity was relatively lower in HBeAg and HBV-DNA positive...
Using the sensetive B9 cell proliferation test, we detected the IL-6 activities in the sera of 81 multiple myeloma patients. Several acute phase proteins were measured simultaneously in the samples. The results showed that 68% multiple myeloma patients had IL-6 activities more than 5u/ml (control, below 5u/ml). In the acute phase proteins determined, CRP increased by 17 times, C3, albumin and transferrin decreased by 24.42%, 38.83%,32.80% respectively. Their changes were most marked at phase III. Among the ...
The authors utilized a method of interleukin 6 (IL-6) dependent MH_(60)-BSF_2cells to detect the serum level and its content in leukemia cells in 12 cases with acutepromyelocytic leukemia (APL), The results showed that the level of serum IL-6 ofthe cases was higher than that of the normal controls (P<0.01). At the intermittentperiod of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) treatment, serum IL-6 made a little improve-ment but not obvious (P>0.05). After treatment (in remission), serum IL-6 wassignificantly decrease...
