In multi-project environment, it is a significant indicator of agility evaluation to promptly and rationally assign the resources of intra- & extra-enterprise according to the changes of business performances of nodes in the supply chain. The definition of project is elaborated, and the reference model of project planning is given in generalized meaning. The extended AON (Activity on Node) graph is utilized to structurize the business process with decision nodes. The analytic model of business process assignment optimization is presented to undertake the trade-off among resource, time, cost constraints and decision nodes in multi-project environment. The genetic algorithm is employed to tackle the random allocation of resources and to achieve the global optimal solution through limited genetic operators, then the stack technique and the unified time window are used to deal with resource conflicts and decision nodes so as to undertake virtual arrangement of activities and compute the completion time and costs of multiple projects. Based on these, the assignment and decision optimization can be synchronously managed. The approach of business process assignment optimization presented in this paper can be extended to the application of bringing added value to all the stakeholders through the distributed independent optimization centering around the common project and respective various projects of inter-enterprises.

The supply chain scheduling in mass customization is a typical stochastic demand and stochastic resourceconstrained multiobjective dynamic optimization problem. Based on the detailed description of its characteristics and the systematic, indepth analysis of its core idea, this paper presents a complete, stochastic, multiobjective and dynamic optimization mathematics model. The paper also analyzes that this optimization objective is mature and the model is feasible based on a simple case. Finally, the paper points out the more important realization of this dynamic optimization scheduling and makes a practice test and verification.

Based on the stochastic demand and stochastic resources restriction,primary contradictions contained in the supply chain scheduling process in mass customization(MC) are analyzed.It is presented that the rational decision of cooperators' dynamic profits satisfaction preference is one of the key factors to settle these contradictions effectively.Its subjective and objective factors that effect and decide the preference are defined,the corresponding qualitative and quantitative analysis are carried out,and a profit preference decision model based on the cooperators' satisfaction benefits is established.It is finally introduced into the MC optimization model.Through the numerical example,analysis approach of this article and validity of the model are verified.

分析了随机需求与随机资源约束条件下的MC模式下供应链调度过程中蕴含的主要矛盾问题,提出对供应链协作成员动态收益满意偏好的合理决策是有效解决矛盾的关键因素之一。对影响和决定该偏好的主、客观因素进行了界定以及定性与定量分析,建立了基于协作成员满意收益的利益偏好决策模型,最后将其引入MC模式下的供应链调度优化模型,通过算例分析,验证了思路与模型的有效性。
