Effects of total saponin extracted from aerial parts of Ginseng on the biosynthesis of nucleic acids and protein were studied by radioisotope tracers.Results showed that the process of DNA,RNA, and protein synthesis in bone marrow cells of mice were promoted when total saponin was administered orally in the dose of 70mg/kg body weight every day for one week. The stimulating effects could be observed 4 hrs. after a single intraperitoneal injection. Total saponin stimulated the incorporation of labelled precursor(~3H-Leu)...

本实验采用氚标记的胸腺嘧啶核苷、氚标记的尿嘧啶核苷、氚标记的亮氨酸,观察人参地上部分总皂甙对标记前体参入骨髓细胞、肝细胞、肾细胞中DNA、RNA、蛋白质合成的影响,同时观察氚标记的亮氨酸参入血清蛋白的影响。结果表明,人参地上部分总皂甙连续给药一周70mg/k8和单次腹腔给药后4小时均能促进小白鼠骨髓细胞内DNA、RNA、蛋白质的合成。同样剂量连续给药一周也能促进血清蛋白质和肝脏、肾脏的RNA、蛋白质的合成,而对肝脏、肾脏DNA合成无明显影响。

The effects of chronic administration of technical benzene hexachloride on histological pattern of liver and kidney in rat and mixed function oxidase system of liver microsomes were studied. Administration of BHC brought about increase in the liver weight, vacuolar of hepatic cells and hydropic degeneration of the epithelial cells of the renal tubules. Through electromi-croscopic examination, we discovered that there were proliferation and expansion of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, swelling of the mitochondria in the cytoplasm in the liver cells and kidney cells and increase in the number of lysosome in the epithelial cells of the renal tubles.Administration of BHC stimulated an increase in the tissue storage and urinary excretion of ascorbic acid and induced mixed-function oxidase system of liver microsomes.Supplementation of L-ascorbic acid in high doses under the toxic conditions significantly improved pathological damage of the liver and kidney cells, decreased residuary amount of BHC in the tissue, and facilitated the induction of mixed-function oxidase system of liver microsomes by BHC.

本文研究了高剂量维生素C对六六六所致大鼠肝肾组织病理损伤,在肝肾组织中蓄积及对肝微粒体混合功能氧化酶诱导的影响。以含有六六六125ppm的饲料喂养初断奶雄性大鼠12周,可引起肝增大,肝细胞空泡变性及肾曲小管上皮细胞浊肿。电镜检查发现:肝肾细胞胞浆内滑面内浆网增生伴扩张,线粒体肿胀,肝细胞胞浆内脂滴堆积及肾曲小管上皮细胞胞浆内溶酶体数目增加,体积增大。此外,六六六可引起大鼠肝肾组织中抗坏血酸水平提高及尿中抗坏血酸排泄增加。同时,诱导肝微粒体蛋白,肝微粒体细胞色素P-450及苯胺羟化酶活力增加。上述大鼠腹腔注射高剂量维生素C(250mg/日)可明显减轻肝肾组织的病理损伤及降低六六六在肝肾组织中的蓄积量。同时,对六六六诱导的肝微体细胞色素P-450含量的增加有进一步促进作用。

Activity of lactic dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphotase have been determined in serum, liver and kidney of Wistar rats for 6 and 10 months respectively with high fluoride intake. The results revealed that fluoride had"accuminative effects" and"double phase'dynamic process on these enzyme activity.

将大鼠随机分为4组:Ⅰ.对照组;Ⅱ.喂1ppm含氟水组;Ⅲ.喂50ppm含氟水组;Ⅳ.喂病区粮食组。于6月和10月后分两批处死测定血和肝、肾组织中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和硷性磷酸酶(ALP)活性;各组间作了比较。结果认为氟干扰肝、肾细胞的正常代谢并使其受损害;氟对酶活性的影响有“积累”和““双相”的动态过程。
