We have investigated the efficacies of transfer of normal murine spleen cells on L615 leukemia of 615 strain mice. We have investigated the efficacies of transfer of normal murine spleen cells on L615 leukemia of 615 strain mice. The protective efficacies of normal spleen cells from donor mice with different genetic background were all significant if they were transferred 7 days before challenge with L615 leukemic cells, but the efficacies varied with the donors' strain if they were transferred 28 days before challenge. As the ratio of effector cells to tumor cells (E:T) decreased, the protective efficacies also showed a tendency to decline. No protective effect could be induced if the same number of normal murine spleen cells were put into a diffusion chamber embedded in the peritoneal cavity.Also transfer of normal renal cells or injection of spleen cell homogenate did not exhibit any protective effect. Most of the survivors in test groups could tolerate repeated challenges with increasing dosages (10~4—10~6) of L615 leukemia. The immune spleen cells from such survivors could prolong the median survival time (MST) of mice with established L615 leukemia, and even cure 50% of the late stage L615 mice in adoptive chemoimmunotherapy (combined with cyclophosphamide).

This article reports the the morphogenesis of multinuclear giant cell. The cell came of giant cell in human renal cell culture. Its process was forming several new nucleoli by the nucleolus of giant cell with budding manner, The cells were cultured for 24 hours. The invaginated nuclear membrane surround ed the nucleoli. Finally the connecting part of the nuclear membrane was br-oken. Several cell nuclei were formed within the cytoplasm, thus forming the multigiant cell. The fusion of cels was not to be found....

本丈主要研究多核巨细胞的发生,采用人肾细胞株培养24小时,观察发现其中的多核巨细胞来源于巨细胞,其过程是核仁以出芽方式形成若干个新核仁,核膜内陷,包围核仁,最后核膜连接部断裂,在细胞质内形成若干个细胞核,即形成多核巨细胞,未见细胞融合。

The study of renal cell carcinoma(RCC) was made in immunohistochemical expression of keratin and vimemin in 40 cases. 17.5% (7/40) of routine formalin-fixed, paraffin sectioned RCC specimens expressed vimentin. From a surgical pathological point of view, therefore, vimentin positive could no longer exclude an epithelial neoplasm, such as RCC.

本文对肾细胞癌(简称肾癌)40例进行了免疫组化——角蛋白、波形蛋白表达的研究。在常规福尔马林固定、石蜡切片上,有波形蛋白表达者17.5%(7/40)。从外科病理学的角度出发,波形蛋白阳性不再能除外上皮性肿瘤(如肾癌)。
