目的设计一种人体刺激诱发生物电信号频率和占空比测量电路 ,以解决在“神经阈值图谱与临床应用”研究项目中遇到的人体神经系统刺激诱发生物电信号频率与占空比测量的难题。方法首先根据人体神经系统刺激诱发生物电信号的频率较低并且极其不规则 ,以及频率和占空比变化非常频繁等特性 ,构思电路原理 ,然后进入实际设计、测试和改进 ,最终将其应用于精密神经阈值刺激仪中。结果电路经调试和改进 ,应用Agilent 331 2 0A数字函数信号发生器和TDS30 34B数字存贮示波器对多种波型、多种频率和占空比的信号进行测量 ,测量电路对各种信号频率的测量是相当准确的 ,对占空比的测量误差小于 0 .2 % ,基于该电路的精密神经阈值刺激仪经临床试用 ,取得了满意的效果。结论实践证明 ,该电路具有构思巧妙 ,原理简单 ,易与微处理器接口匹配等优点 ,可用于其它生物电信号和低频率不规则信号测量以及诸多测控系统中
