Statistics and Probability had been included into Mathematics Curriculum Criterion of Compulsory Education (MCCCE) as an important part. In this paper, the author concluded the results of compilation of statistics and probability from mathematics teachers who used the pilot textbooks by questionnaire investigation and individual interview. Based on these results, this paper also offered some advice and strategies to mathematics teachers on how to teach statistics and probability.

本文从高师初等教育专业的数学教育中存在的问题及小学数学课程改革对小学教师的新要求两方面 ,论述了初等教育专业数学教育改革的必要性 ;同时提出了初等教育专业数学教育改革的具体措施 :( 1 )数学教育突出学术性、强调师范性 ;( 2 )课程设置与教学内容编排重视应用性 ;( 3 )数学教育中体现新的教育理念 ;( 4 )重视数学教学模式的改革。
