Effect of phthalimide AC64377 on the prevention of secondary dor-mancy induction of lettuce seed ( Lactuca sativa L. cv. Grand Rapids ) under stress condition of germination(25 ℃,darkness ) was investigated. The results shown that the secondary dormancy induction in treated seed under the stress condition of germination can be prevented , nor-mal germination ( 100% germination rate ) , but not in untreated seed ( its germination only 18% ) .

特勒迈AC_(94377),即[ 1-( 3-氯肽酰亚胺)-环已烷羧酰胺]能极有效地阻止莴苣( Lactuca sativa L.cv.GrandRapids)种子在萌发障碍条件下(25℃黑暗)诱发的二次休眠,促进种子萌发,萌发率达100%(对照萌发率仅18%)。浓度试验表明,0.1mM、0.5mM、1.0mM具有相同的效应,在萌发速率和最终萌发率方面都基本相同。 种子在萌发障碍条件下吸涨过程中,ABA含量不论是AC_(94377)处理或对照均显著下降。但是AC_(94377)处理的种子, ABA含量的下降比对照种子更快,吸涨14小时后,种子内 ABA存留量仅为对照种子的一半。 另外AC_(94377)处理还引起种子吸涨期间游离氨基酸代谢的改变。其中,处理间差异最显著的是苯丙氨酸,胱氨酸和丝氨酸明显地高于对照种子。AC_(94377)处理的种子,吸涨14小时后仍含相当数量的丝氨酸,但对照种子测检测不出丝氨酸的存在。将未处理的种子在障碍条件下用外源丝氨酸温育,未能阻止诱发二次休眠。由此可推测阻止诱发种子二次休眠可能与丝氨酸合成反应之前的生化反应有关。
