The clinical investigation of the effect of different analgesia methods on the recovery of pulmonary function of old patients after operation by open chest approach
Objective: To explore the effect of different analgesia methods on the recovery of pulmonary function of old patients after operation by open chest approach.
[Objective] To compare the effects of three different analgesia methods (intramuscular, IM; patient-control intravenous analgesia , PCIA; and patient-control epidural analgesia, PCEA) for the elderly patients with lung cancer after pulmonary lobectomy.
Results Patients' cognition of pain intensity, analgesia modality and use of analgesics was significantly different before and after operation( P <0. 01 ) , but the cognition of harms from analgesia were not significantly different before and after operation ( P >0. 05) .
Conclusion Knowledge education about analgesia should be strengthened during the perioperative period and postoperative analgesic measures should be implemented so as to raise the cognition of patients about analgesia modality and use of analgesics.
AIM:To observe the effects of different patient controlled analgesic methods on levels of plasma endothelin(ET) and atrial natriuretic polypeptide(ANP), bloo d pressures, heart rate and analgesic effect in patients with complicated hypert ension after upper abdominal operation so as to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of optimal analgesic methods for the postoperative patients.
Then,the patients were randomly divided into three groups acc ording to different analgesic methods after operation with 10 cases in each grou p: control group(Intramuscular injection of pethidine was given intermittently);
No issue in anesthesia or obstetrics is as controversial today as that of the effect of analgesic methods on the progress and outcome of labor.
