Flowchart of algorithm for target recognition and location is presented. The advantage of the algorithm is that only target data belonging to two consecutive lines are required, so that the storage space is considerably reduced and its operation is very fast.

Several mechanisms of the noise origin concerning charge coupled devices(CCDs) under low illumination conditions are presented. Using FPGA, image acquisition and real-time noise elimination for CCDs under low illumination are achieved. Also, considering the application environments, a specific algorithm is presented for pattern recognition.

In recent years,image measuring is a new developing technique.The measurement of the dimension and the shape of an object is realized by processing the image of the object.This technique is widely used in industrial inspection and remote sensing for aerospace.This paper surveys the current state of the technique, and introduces a image measuring system based on CCD.

图像测量是近年来发展起来的测量技术,它利用获取的物体图像,经过计算机处理实现对物体的几何尺寸、形状的测量,广泛应用于工业监测、航空遥感等领域中。本文对该技术的现状作以简述,并介绍一个CCD(Charge Coupled Device——电荷耦合器件)图像测量系统。
