    The present paper deals with the ammonoids collected from the Dingjiashan(Tingchiashan)formation of southwestern Zhejiang and its corresponding Hutangformation of northeastern Jiangxi.A few specimens were procured from the“Lixiancoal series”and the Tongjia coal-bearing member of the Hutang formation,carryingGigantopteris flora.The ammonoid fauna contains 18 genera and 35 species,which are largely newand assigned to 8 families:Shouchangoceratidae(fam.nov.),Lanceoloboceratidae(fam.nov.),Paragastrioceratidae,Aulacogastrioceratidae(fam.nov.),Metalegocerati-dae,Pericycloceratidae(fam.nov.),Cyclolobidae and Paraceltidae.A new superfamityShouchangocerataceae is established to include the three following families:Shou-changoceratidae(fam.nov.),Pseudohaloritidae and Lanceoloboceratidae(fam.nov.).As a whole,the Dingjiashan ammonoids seem to represent an endemic and localfauna,bearing more aspects of the Tethys Sea,incorporated with some forms migratedfrom the boreal province.The Dingjiashan formation is subdivided into four members:the Dongwuli member,the Shimei(stone coal)member,the Shimentang member and the“Lixian coal series”in ascending order.It is quite interesting and very important to note that a fewspecimens of late early Permian ammonoids have been found in the marine intercala-tions of the“Lixian coal series”and the Tongjia member of the Hutang formation,indicating that the geological age of these coal-bearing beds are of early Permian ratherthan late Permian as formerly thought.Similarly,the Gigantopteris flora appears tobe flourishing in late early Permian.The ammonoids in the Dongwuli member contains Paragastrioceras,Daubichites,Altudoceras,Tongluceras and Paraceltites.The Shimei member and the Shimentang member yield almost a new ammonoid fauna,dominated by the following genera:Shouchangoceras(gen.nov.),Sangzhites(gen.nov.),and Tongluceras(gen.nov.).The first one is now known in the Jiafu(or Longyan)formation of Fujian Provinceand its equavalent formations in southern Jiangsu,whereas the second form has alsobeen found in the Maokou limestone of Sangzhi district of northern Hunan.TheHutang formation yields Mexicoceras in the lower part and Shouchangoceras,Altudo-ceras,Metalegoceras and Cibolites in the upper part.All these finds point to the factthat the Dingjiashan formation can be correlated not only with the Hutang formation,and the Maokou formation but also with the Sosio beds of Sicily and the Guadalupianformation of North America.

    本文系统描述了浙西及东北饶南地区早二叠世晚期菊石35种,分别属于18属、8科,其中包括26新种、10新属、4新科,并建立了1新超科。综合分析了菊石动物群的特点,指出它既具有浓厚的特提斯海域的色彩,又具有我国南部区域性的特色,同时还渗进了极少量的北极区的分子。根据菊石的新发现,并结合其他门类化石以及岩石性质,对浙西的丁家山组及东北饶南地区的湖塘组重新作了厘订、划分和对比,并对华南若干地区的相当地层作了简要的对比讨论。对浙西的“礼贤煤系”、饶南的“乐平组”以及华南大羽羊齿植物群的时代问题提出了新认识。
