The content of different types of structure titanium dioxid in industrial produces have been measured by X-ray quantitative analysis. The reference intensity K has been obtained by means of linear regression without available the pure rutile or the pure anatase. As the measuement methed is simple, precise and easy to be operated, it lays a foundantion for batch and quick measurement Titanium dioxid.
