In the treating of gold - bearing slime in a certain gold Inine, there exist the problems of low crucible life, low gold - silver alloy content and high gold content in slag with low gold recovery. To improve the process a new process is developed. The process involves sulphuric - acid preleaching of the gold - bearing slime to remove zinc and the smelting of filter residue to acquire gold - silver alloy directly. The results show that this new process not only gets rid of the harmful effect of Zn in smelting and prolongs crucible life, but also reclaims the zinc. When the sulphuric acid addition is 15% ~17% of the stoichiometric quantity, the leaching time is no less then 80 minutes and the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:3, the leachability of zinc is not less than 95 %. when the gold - bearing residue is smelted under proper conditions, the content of gold in slag could be reduced to about 40 grams per ton slag with the gold recovery rate over 99. 8%.

针对某金矿厂金泥生产过程中存在的问题:坩埚使用寿命低,熔炼产品合金中金银品位低及渣含金高,金收率低等,提出了金泥酸浸除锌、浸渣再熔炼,一步获得金银合金的新工艺同时研究了硫酸加入量、浸出时间对锌浸出率的影响.试验结果表明,采用该新工艺不仅能消除锌对熔炼过程的危害,延长坩埚使用寿命,而且可将锌回收.当硫酸加入量为理论量15%~17%,浸出时间不少于80min,固液比1:3时,锌浸出率≮95%.含金浸渣在适宜条件下进行熔炼,渣含金可降低至40g/t左右,金收率达998%以上.
