Coupled conduction and radiation heat transfer problems are solved by using the based-cell and the finite volume method (FVM) in the regions with the mediums. The combined heat transfer equations are discretized in the unstructured meshes and the calculating programs are written. The radiative heat source of the combined equation is treated specially. Meanwhile, in combinatory with the governing equations and the several of medium characters, the dimensionless numbers are obtained and computed by using unstructured quad grids in various parameters, such as, optical thickness τ, conduction radiation parameter N, and scattering albedo ω. From the results, the basic trends can be obtained of how the both modes of heat transfer interact with each other. While N=0.1 and ω=0.1, the sensitivity of optical thickness τ increases in the low temperature zone, and it decreases when ω increases. While N=0.1 and τ=0.5, the sensitivity of scattering albedo ω is stronger in the low temperature zone. While ω=0.5 and τ=0.5, the effect of conduction-radiation parameter N is limited.

用基元(based-cell)-有限容积法FVM(FiniteVolumeMethod)求解介质空间导热和辐射复合传热问题.在非结构化网格中离散复合换热方程,并编写计算程序.对复合换热方程中的辐射源项进行特殊处理,同时,结合复合换热方程和介质特性,找出无量纲参数光学厚度τ、导热辐射系数N和散射系数ω.并在非结构化四边形网格中,对这些参数的变化进行数值计算,从中得出这两种传热模型藕合的基本规律.当N=0.1和ω=0.1时,光学厚度τ在低温区,敏感性不断加大,并随着散射系数ω的增大而减小;当N=0.1和τ=0.5时,散射系数ω在低温区,在小于1的数量级时,比较敏感;当ω=0.5和τ=0.5时,导热辐射系数N的影响十分有限.

It overcomes the shortcoming of tedious model repair problems in common mesh generation softwares. After adaptively erasing redundant points and retrieving boundary from original scattered points, it used the modified paving method to...

This paper discussed the extension of the paving algorithm for all quadrilateral mesh generation to use scattered points as input instead of CAD model. Methods of calculating node position, controlling mesh size and detecting collisions between paving boundaries were presented. It overcomes the shortcoming of tedious model repair problems in common mesh generation softwares. After adaptively erasing redundant points and retrieving boundary from original scattered points, it used the modified paving method to generate all quadrilateral mesh. Many applications have proved this method is suitable for automotive engineering.

提出一种基于散乱点的全自动三维非结构化四边形网格剖分方法。对散乱点进行自适应预处理,包括冗余点的自动删除和模型边界提取。使用改进节点计算和铺路面相交搜索处理的铺路算法,自动生成全四边形网格。该方法可有效地控制生成网格单元的尺寸和质量,网格模型满足有限元分析的要求。与常规的基于CAD几何信息的网格生成方法相比,该方法避免了繁琐的模型修补问题,可快速生成高质量的全四边形网格模型。算例证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
