The amount and distribution of chlorine content in crude oil and conden-sate water after crude distillation were calculated and balanced for pipe-linecrude and Shengli crude,confirming that the addition of alkali cannot comp-letely inhibit the hydrolysis of chlorides.Experimental results showed thatnot only MgCl_2,CaCl_2 may hydrolyze and the hydrolysis of NaCl increaseswith increasing temperature,but petroleum acids can also promote the hydr-olysis of NaCl.

对管输、胜利等原油经常减压蒸馏装置加工后的油及冷凝水中的氯含量分布进行了核算,证明了注碱并不能完全抑制氯化物的水解.试验表明:不仅 MgCl_2、CaCl_2可发生水解,NaCl 随加热温度升高水解率增大,同时,石油酸类也有促进 NaCl 水解的作用。

Petroleum acids was removed from straight-run diesel distillate through chemical reaction and extraction under moderate conditions using an alkaline complex solution. This process is rather efficient with more than 90% of petroleum acid removed. The guality of the treated diesel fuel is high enough to meet the specification of Q/LLB. 1401-91. The reagents can be regenerated and used repeatedly. The recovered petroleum acids has a quality exceeding the requirements on grade-2 acid of SH053092.

介绍了用一种碱性复合溶剂体系,在比较缓和的条件下,通过化学反应和抽提从直馏柴油中脱除石油酸的工艺过程。经实验室和中型试验研究,该工艺的石油酸脱除率达90%以上,精制后的柴油质量满足兰州炼油化工总厂Q/LLB·1401—91直馏柴油的企业标准;溶剂经加热可回收循环使用,得到的石油酸达到SH0530—92的2号酸标准;该工艺不产生三废,有利于环境保护。
