(2)Plasma FFA concentration was markedly increased 10 and 20 minutes after the injection of 0.7—1.4 mg of acetylcholine into the tuberal region of the hypotha- lamus (78.5% and 85.0% above the control level respectively),then returned to the initial value at the end of one hour.No significant changes of plasma FFA level were observed when the same amount of acetylcholine was injected either into the preoptiCo- septal region or into the mamillary area of the hypothalamus. (3)Plasma FFA concentration was slightly decreased after the administration of acotylcholine into the third ventricle.The value was about -24 % of the control level at the end of one hour observation period. It is concluded from the above results that the plasma concentration of FFA can be markedly influenced by stimulation of the hypothalamus,especially of its tuberal region,thus supporting the view that fat metabolism is under the control of the central nervous system.The mechanisms underlying this control remain to be shown.

    本工作用雄性家兔做慢性实验。通过脑内埋藏套管向下丘脑微量注射乙酰胆硷溶液7微升,在注射后的10、20、40及60分钟分别自耳缘静脉取血,测定血浆自由脂肪酸的浓度。85次实验的结果总结如下:(一)将生理盐水或高强盐水7微升注入下丘脑并不引起血浆自由脂肪酸浓度明显的改变,其波动范围分别为6.5%及16.4%。肌肉或静脲注射乙酰胆硷1.4毫克,1小时内血浆自由脂肪酸浓度变化不超过11%。(二)将乙酰胆硷0.7—1.4毫克注入下丘脑结节区,可引起血浆自由脂肪酸水平明显升高,在注射后的第10及20分钟分别较注射前升高78.5%及85.0%,60分钟时恢复原水平。将同量乙酰胆硷注入视前-隔区及乳头区,均不引起血浆自由脂肪酸浓度明显改变。(三)将乙酰胆硷0.7—1.4毫克注入第三脑室,观察到血浆自由脂肪酸浓度缓慢而轻度的降低,在1小时未降低24%。总结以上结果可以认为,下丘脑,特别是其结节区可以显著影响血浆自由脂肪酸水平,其机制有待进一步阐明。

    The cholinergic neurons and fibers of the hypothalamus could not be revealed

    以往因未能成功地显示出下丘脑的胆碱能神经元和纤维,故一般认为下丘脑胆碱能系统的支配是贫乏的。本文用 avidin-biotin 免疫细胞化学方法显示了猫下丘脑的胆碱乙酰转移酶(ChAT)样阳性神经元和纤维,首次证明猫下丘脑有丰富的胆碱能系统支配。本文在下列区域发现不同密度的胆碱能神经元:下丘脑背内侧核、室旁核、下丘脑背侧区、腹内侧核周围的灰结节区、下丘脑外侧区、下丘脑前区、前核、小细胞核、结节乳头体核、下丘脑后区、前乳头体核和上乳头体核。在下丘脑外侧区、乳头体部、室旁核、小细胞核和灰结节区发现较多的 ChAT 样阳性纤维。在猫下丘脑发现3种与胆碱能系统有关的神经元胞体:1、胆碱能神经元。2、非胆碱能—胆碱能接受神经元。3、胆碱能—胆碱能接受神经元。阳性纤维有非串珠状和串珠状者。串珠状的纤维有两种:一种免疫反应染色深;另一种免疫反应染色浅淡。

A few of the fibers ran ventrally to reach the surface of the pia mater. A SOM ir fiber plcxu with a larg: amount of varicosities was found in the pars tuberalis.
