This paper is focused on the implementation architecture and the key technology for distributed remote quality control system in order to evolve quality control to network, intelligence and agility. The paper implements the dynamic web page design and distributed database access with the Active Server Page (ASP) technology supported by IIS(Internet Information Server), the objects of the web server and ADO components. The development of the corresponding demo prototype is also given.
