本文对13例男性性功能减退患者(Klinefelter 综合症5例,H.H6例和垂体瘤术后2例)口服十一烷酸睾酮80mg 前及之后1,2,3,4,5,6,8和10小时的血浆雄激素进行动态观察。结果发现服药后平均血睾酮(±SE)水平逐渐上升,2小时达正常男性水平;峰值(22.2±3.4nmol/l)出现在服药后4小时,但个体差异较大,范围波动在2~6小时;10小时后回到服药前水平。5例Klinefelter 综合症患者增高的血 LH 和 FSH 未被抑制。4例患者连续服药(120mg/日)8周后临床上均有不同程度的雄性化表现。作者对以上现象结合文献进行了讨论,认为本药使用方便、口服有效,临床反应佳、副作用少,可作为一种雄激素替代药物,具有推广应用的价值。

Selenium is easily transferred in various organs of wheat , its CF value is more than 1. Transferring model of Se in soil-wheat food chain was put forward by au thors, and level of soil available Se was avaluated . The results show that available Se is sufficient in brown burozem,but insufficient in black soil and dark brown forest soil. The amount of Se absorbed by per capita per day is 26.6 g in the disease area , which is far less than the recommended value of 40—240 g in China.

利用~(75)Se为示踪剂,研究了土壤-小麦系统中Se的迁移和分布规律。土壤Se植物可利用系数SA=0.3—1.9,土壤不同,SA值也不同。土壤固液两相中Se的分配系数Kd=141—395,说明土壤对Se有强烈的吸附作用,Kd大小顺序为:暗棕色森林土>黑土>草甸棕壤。小麦对土壤Se的浓集系数CF=0.09—0.14,小麦不是浓集Se的作物;Se在小麦各器官间CF值>1,表明其在小麦体内运转比较容易。作者提出了一个食物链Se转移模式,评价了土壤有效Se水平,指出草甸棕壤有效Se充足,黑土和暗棕色森林土则不足。估算了病区每人每天摄Se量为26.6μg,远低于我国成人安全摄Se量建议值40—240μg/人·日的下限值。
