The effects of lanthanum, gadolinium, ytterbium and four kinds of complexes on the activity of Ca ̄(2+)-ATPase were investigated. The results showed that low concentrations of La ̄(3+),Gd ̄(3+),Yb ̄(3+)stimulated the SR ATPase activity and the activity was inhibited while increasing their concentrations,and La ̄(3+),Gd ̄(3+),Yb ̄(3+) inhibited the purified ATPase activity. The crystal is monoclinic with a space group P2 1/c . The unit cell parameters are: a =0 8443(2) nm, b =1 5658(3) nm, c =1 1359(2) nm, β =102 09(2)°, V =1 4684(5) nm 3, Z =4, D c=1 775 g/cm 3. Each two yttrium atoms in crystal are connected with a carboxyl...

The coordination number of yttrium ion is 8 and the coordination polyhedron is a distorted trigondodecahedron.

合成了钇与丙氨酸配合物的单晶,用X射线衍射法测定了配合物单晶的结构,化学式为[Y(Ala)(H2O)6]Cl3。配合物晶体属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群。晶胞参数:a=08443(2)nm,b=15658(3)nm,c=11359(2)nm,β=10209(2)°,V=14684(5)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1775g/cm3。Y3+的配位数为8,其配位多面体为三角十二面体。通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、差热分析、分子量测定等手段进一步确证了配合物的结构,组成和性质。
