目的 观察骨髓方治疗大鼠慢性骨髓炎的疗效。方法 采用SD大鼠建立慢性骨髓炎模型 ,随机分成四组 :骨髓方Ⅰ组、骨髓方Ⅱ组、对照组和空白组。治疗 1个月 ,观察WBC、RBC、E -C3bRR、E -ICR、血清溶菌酶含量、骨X线、病理组织学指标。结果 骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与空白组差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;RBC、E -C3bRR、E -ICR、血清溶菌酶含量指标骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组(P <0 0 1)。光镜下病理组织学观察骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组明显优于对照组和空白组 ;电镜下 ,骨髓方Ⅰ、Ⅱ组细胞结构受损程度小于对照组和空白组。结论 骨髓方治疗慢性骨髓炎有较好疗效 ,提示与其提高机体免疫力、促进微循环和促进成骨有关
