研究了一种新型结构的光纤悬臂梁式振动传感器。该传感器的光纤悬臂梁带有光纤微准直透镜 ,提高了光路的光耦合效率 ;接收探头采用双光路差分结构 ,大大提高了传感器灵敏度 ,同时也增强了抗干扰能力。通过实验测试研究了该传感器对压电陶瓷激振的响应特性 ,证实了该传感器对振动测试的能力
