反思是教师自我发展的重要机制,培养教师的反思能力是提高教师职业素养的重要途径。为此,我们构建了“反思型”的新教师试用期培训模式,该模式突出了新教师反思意识、反思习惯和反思能力的培养,强调合作与信任,重视新教师的教育教学实践活动,主张运用多种反思手段,促进新教师不断反思自己的教育教学实践活动,使新教师获得良好的适应与发展。
